Dr. Michael Brown
Dr. Michael Brown, Staff Physician at Front Range Pain Medicine and Northern Colorado Anesthesia Professionals, works with patients and their providers to treat acute and chronic pain with interventional therapies. Dr. Brown specializes in treating pain conditions of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine; trigeminal, postherpetic, and peripheral neuralgia; myofascial pain syndromes; phantom limb pain; and complex regional pain syndrome. He is also fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
Dr. Brown completed his Bachelor of Science at The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University. His postgraduate training includes a Traditional Osteopathic Internship at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois; Anesthesiology Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan; and Pain Medicine Fellowship, Department of Anesthesiology at Fletcher Allen Health Care in association with The University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. Dr. Brown is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Board of Pain Medicine, American Medical Association, and American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Brown holds a certification from the American Board of Pain Medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys skiing, biking, running – which includes two marathon charity runs, tennis, golf, and water sports.
